For complete peace of mind, VeloLoco offers full roadside support as an option on all bespoke tours. We'll be right there with a fully equipped back-up vehicle, in case of difficulty or simply to supply snacks and spare clothing. The fully supported option is particularly useful on long distance road trips such as the RAID, family tours and mountain biking trips.
Anything you want close to hand can be kept in the van and taken out when you need it, such as a camera or windproof jacket at the top of a climb, or snacks to keep you going!

Bespoke mountain biking trips and off road tours often require a backup service as well as knowledgeable guides. From fresh drinking water to repairs in the event of mechanical breakdown, it is safer to have a vehicle supporting a group venturing off the beaten track. We recommend the option of full support is considered seriously when arranging a custom pyrenees mountain biking tour or remote offroad tours through France or northern Spain. Cyclists on the fully supported VeloLoco 6 day RAID have a lot of kilometers to cover and require nutritional as well as mechanical support. The support vehicle is close by keeping energy bars and slow release maltodextrin powder on hand to keep you performing in the saddle. Leg and arm warmers can be stored for the ascents, then rolled back on before each descent. A support vehicle shadows the group and can be essential for groups covering large distances on serious road trips.
